We welcome you to the online RPL application self submission portal. Please follow steps given below;

  1. You have to search and select occupation name you wish to obtain NVQ certificate on the next page
  2. Select NVQ level
  3. Select qualification package
  4. Do the self-assessment by checking "can perform" button of each unit. You should be able to perform all the units to be able to apply for selected package. If you are not able to perform one particular unit, you cannot apply for relevant package qualification. Please check other packages and follow through.
  5. Check your eligibility
  6. In general, experience requirement for level 4 qualifications is 4 years (48 months) and 1 ½ years (18 months) for level 3 qualifications. If you have done any relevant course previously, please select relevant button thus experience requirement reduces accordingly
  7. Select employment sector relevant to you (please see the evidence you have to submit in brackets)
  8. Select validate button to validate information provided
  9. Select "Request OTP" button and give details on next page and obtain OTP to your mobile and type OTP in relevant cage
  10. Now you can see basic information you submitted. Please give your name and other details as appear on the interface
  11. Press "Submit" button. Then your online application will be sent to the institute you selected. They will contact you for an interview soon.
  12. At the interview, you have to submit original certificates with photocopies of
    1. National Identity Card
    2. Birth Certificate
    3. Experience certificate as relevant to your employment sector
  13. The institute will verify the evidences and certificates submitted. Therefore , please always submit authentic evidences and documents
  14. Pay application fee as required by the institute

Please read the eRPL circular No. 2021/02 on TVEC website before start your service and clarify anything (if need) from TVEC's assessment quality assurance division (0773036469 / 0714422421 / 0773164743). Please use your UserID and Password to log into the interface. When you login using your id as shown in above page, you will see the search button and follow through as follows by getting information from the candidate;

The candidate should be able to perform all the units to be able to apply for selected package.
